Our Guarantee

1. Should you have any reason to dispute the description of any item purchased, you should contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods. The items can be returned to us but must be in the condition it was sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. Any item will be considered as sold if it is not notified to us within the said 7 days. Postage costs for any return will be at your own expense.
2. This refund offer will not apply if the goods have been damaged in any way, disassembled or tampered with after purchase nor if the goods have been purchased in error.
3. Printed matter such as books, paperwork , magazines etc are supplied as described and are not returnable or refundable.
4. The customer has sole responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. In the event an item is returned because it cannot be imported into your country, we can offer other goods to the same value in exchange, however any return postage or import costs incurred by us will be deducted from the original cost of the goods, we regret we are unable to offer a refund under these circumstances.

Availability of Goods

We sell at militaria fairs as well as this web site so we reserve the right to withdraw any item if it is sold at a Fair

Delivery Charge

All items sent are sent entirely at the customer’s own risk. We will package all items well to prevent damage and obtain the relevant despatch documents. In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged in transit we will not be liable for such a loss. Should you wish for your purchase to be sent recorded, registered or insured you must contact us for a quote, before payment is made. All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge.

Payment

Please telephone or email before payment is sent as to confirm item is still available. We accept most major credit cards and Paypal, (please note a fee will be charged for these services), company and private cheques (clearance time will apply) bankers draft and bank transfers. Please ensure that you pay the exact amount due plus charges made by your bank or any other bank used as an intermediary in the transfer of funds. All payments must be in British Pounds Sterling.
